What is MOdelivr and how does it work?
MOdelivr is a community app for delivery drivers. Drivers log how long they wait at restaurants, so everyone can see the real wait times before driving over and skip the long queues. The more drivers log, the sharper the picture gets for everyone in your area.
Is this app safe to use with my delivery account?
Yes. MOdelivr is completely separate from Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat and the rest. It never connects to your delivery accounts, reads your messages, or changes your GPS. It only uses your device's location to find nearby restaurants and time your waits.
How do I log a wait time?
When you reach a restaurant, tap Arrived — a timer starts automatically. The moment you have the food, tap Got it. That single tap saves your real wait time and shares it with the community.
Why should I press "Got it" when I get my food?
"Got it" stops the timer and records the exact wait. It keeps your own stats accurate and shares the real time with other drivers. Without it, the wait can't be saved — so it only takes one tap, but it's the tap that matters.
What does the community data mean?
Community data is the average wait built from every driver's logs at a restaurant, broken down by day of the week and time of day. Green means a short wait, amber is moderate, red is a long queue. The more people log, the more accurate it becomes for everyone.
How is my £/hour calculated?
It's your earnings divided by your working time — measured from the first "Arrived" of a shift to your last delivery. Add each order's pay and any cash tips and MOdelivr keeps a running, honest £/hour so you can see which jobs and which hours actually pay.
Can other drivers see my name?
No. Other drivers only see anonymous activity in the live feed and community averages. Your name stays private and is never shown publicly.
How do I remove ads?
Upgrade to Premium from your profile. Premium removes every ad, unlocks your full history and every area's chat, lets you export your data, and helps keep the app running. Ads are never required to see wait times or log your own.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your earnings and personal stats stay private to you. Only anonymous wait times are shared to build the community averages. You can read the full privacy policy for the details, including how advertising cookies work.
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen tap "Forgot password", enter your email, and use the six-digit code we email you to set a new one.
