About MOdelivr

MOdelivr is a free, community-powered web app that shows delivery drivers the real wait time at every restaurant — before they drive there. Instead of pulling up to a counter and discovering a 25-minute backlog you had no way of knowing about, you can see the live and typical wait at each nearby restaurant and decide where your time is best spent.

It works because drivers share. When a driver reaches a restaurant they tap Arrived, and the moment they have the food they tap Got it. That single tap records a real, timestamped wait that everyone else nearby can see. Thousands of these taps add up to something no delivery platform gives you: honest, ground-level data about how long each kitchen actually takes, hour by hour and day by day.

Why we built it

MOdelivr started in a car outside a chicken shop, on a 25-minute wait that should have been five. The job is full of these invisible costs — the orders that look great on paper but quietly eat your evening because the kitchen is slammed. No app told you that in advance. So we built one.

Every feature in MOdelivr exists because a real driver needed it on a real shift. The two-tap logging is fast because you're logging it one-handed while a queue of scooters builds behind you. The earnings tracker measures your true £/hour — from your first arrival of a shift to your last drop — because the headline pay on a job is meaningless without the time it cost you. The community data is ranked nearest-first because you care about the three restaurants around you right now, not a city across the country.

Who it's for

MOdelivr is for the people doing the work: couriers and delivery drivers on bikes, scooters, and in cars, on any platform, in any town. It is completely independent and not connected to any delivery company. We don't touch your delivery accounts, read your notifications, or change your GPS. We only use your device's location to find the restaurants near you and to time your waits — nothing else.

How the data stays honest

Because the value of MOdelivr is the data, we protect it. Wait times are sanity-checked so a stuck timer or a bad actor can't poison the averages, logs can't be edited after the fact, and confirmed restaurant locations can't be quietly moved. New drivers unlock the live community data after logging their first three waits — a small ask that keeps the community made of people who actually contribute.

Free, with an optional upgrade

MOdelivr is free to use. We keep it running with unobtrusive ads for free users and an optional Premium subscription that removes ads, unlocks full history and every area's chat, and lets you export your wait history. Premium is never required to see the wait times or log your own.
